A stunning viral video is making the rounds in which a 21-year-old influencer, Jenna Sinatra of New Jersey, is seen visiting a medical facility with her mouth stretched wide open – courtesy of a big yawn.
In an astonishing turn of events, Sinatra was trapped in this odd situation and needed medical attention just days before her birthday.
The influencer’s video shows her checking into a medical facility. The doctor asks how long she’s been having the problem, to which a person with her responds that it’s been an hour.
Throughout the video, the influencer appears to be struggling to talk and is repeatedly seen wiping drool from her mouth. She also says in the video that she is in pain.
In a now-viral video, medical personnel are also shown taking an X-ray of Sinatra’s jaw while she struggles to talk due to her condition. Later, the doctor administered muscle relaxants to decrease her suffering.
The video, which shows the teenage social media star becoming the center of attention after a massive yawn dislocated her jaw, has received millions of views and an outpouring of comments since being posted online.
One user wrote, “What a cool and calm young lady. I’d be freakin out!” According to Jenna, medical professionals at the hospital “shoved [her] jaw back together” after hours of examination, X-rays, and lots of medicines.
Dr Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon who commented on Sinatra’s video, said, “This is very rare, but when it occurs, it often happens after somebody does a big yawn.”
