Texas state troopers have released a dramatic video showing the arrest of a suspected people smuggler after a Hollywood-style car chase. The pursuit ended with a foot chase before the trooper successfully apprehended the suspect in Maverick County.
Roque Flores, from Eagle Pass, has been charged with smuggling people and evading arrest. Chris Olivarez, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), confirmed the charges and noted that one suspected illegal immigrant from Honduras was handed over to U.S. Border Control following the incident.

@TxDPS on a high-speed pursuit on US-277 in Maverick County. The smuggler, Roque Flores from Eagle Pass, bailed out on a property and attempted to evade on foot.
