Officer Fired for Filming Explicit Content While on Duty
Sean Herman, a former Nashville police officer, has been arrested for allegedly filming an explicit video for OnlyFans while on duty. The video shows Herman groping a woman during a mock traffic stop, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
The incident occurred on April 26 in a warehouse parking lot while Herman, 33, was on patrol. Detectives identified Herman by his uniform in the video, which was posted by OnlyFans content creator Jordin and titled “Can’t believe he didn’t arrest me,” reported the Daily Mail.
The video begins with Herman approaching Jordin, who is seated in a vehicle, and reprimanding her for speeding. After she flashes her breasts, Herman inappropriately touches her and himself, before letting her off with a warning.
Herman was fired on May 9 and later arrested at his home in Sumner County, Tennessee. “Chief [John] Drake directed that the investigation continue after Herman was fired, resulting in his indictment,” stated the police department.
“This was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency.”
Herman faces two counts of felony official misconduct, with a bond set at $3,000. He served the police department for three years prior to his termination.
This arrest follows the recent resignation of a San Diego police officer who admitted to engaging in sexual misconduct with a suspect while on duty.
