The Oklahoma Highway Patrol also shared the missing person alert on X (formerly Twitter), explaining Garman’s appearance. Garman is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes. It also says Gavin is 5’7″ and weighs 140 pounds.

Steve Farmer, one of Gavin’s family members, stated on Facebook that Garman’s school bag was discovered at the bus stop. Several people questioned the investigation, claiming that the local police department was unwilling to take the case seriously.
