Charges filed after police uncover evidence
Following the tip, Florida police launched an investigation that uncovered a trove of incriminating material. Authorities recovered multiple videos and photos showing the abuse of Guminski’s chihuahua, leading to her arrest on two counts: engaging in sexual acts with an animal and filming a sexual encounter with an animal.
