At the main entrance of the 4,500-year-old Great Pyramid of Giza, a concealed passage of nine metres (30 feet) in length has been found. According to Egyptian antiquities officials, this discovery may lead to other discoveries. The Scan Pyramids project has been utilising non-invasive technologies to peep within the structure since 2015, using infrared thermography, 3D simulations, and cosmic-ray imaging.
