Putin ‘seriously ill’, has blood cancer: Reports

According to a former British spy, Russian President Vladimir Putin is “seriously ill”. Also, it is an “element” of what is happening in Ukraine. “It’s unclear what this condition is, whether it’s incurable, terminal, or something else entirely. But I believe that is a component of the equation, “he said.

Christopher Steele wrote a dossier on Donald Trump and claimed Russian meddling in the 2016 US election campaign. He told Sky News, “certainly, from what we’re hearing from sources in Russia and elsewhere, is that Putin is, in fact, quite seriously ill.”

Meanwhile, an oligarch with strong connections to Russian President Vladimir Putin said, “Putin is very ill with blood cancer.”

The anonymous oligarch was heard discussing Putin’s health with a Western venture capitalist in a recording obtained by the US magazine New Lines.

Since the Ukraine war, speculation over Russian President Vladimir Putin’s health has grown as the leaders have appeared sickly at public appearances. It includes last week’s Victory Day ceremonies. Putin stood amid Second World War veterans and senior dignitaries to witness a military parade in Moscow’s Red Square. There was a large green cover wrapped over his legs in photographs and videos circulating on social media.

According to the Independent, Putin, dressed in a black bomber jacket, was seen coughing. He was the only member who needed more clothing to battle the mild 9-degree Celsius temperature.

In the recording, the Russian oligarch claims that the Russian President had back surgery related to his blood cancer. It was just before ordering the invasion of Ukraine. He says that the president has gone “crazy.”

In a recently recorded discussion between Putin and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Putin was gripping the table strongly for the whole of the 12-minute tape.

“We all hope that Mr. Putin dies. He absolutely ruined Russia’s economy, Ukraine’s economy, and many other economies – ruined absolutely,” the oligarch said. “The problem is with his head. One crazy guy can turn the world upside down.”

The western businessman kept the oligarch’s name hidden because he filmed the talk without his consent, according to New Lines magazine.

A senior Ukrainian military officer also said that Putin suffers from cancer and other illnesses. Putin is in a “very bad psychological and physical condition and he is very sick”, he told Sky News.

The invasion, which the Russian President describes as a “special operation” aimed at disarming Ukraine and protecting it from fascists, has rattled European security. The claim of fascism, according to Kyiv and its Western backers, is also a bogus justification for an unprovoked war of aggression.
