Glogow, Poland – A 35-year-old man named Mateusz Jach has been arrested in Poland for subjecting a woman to horrific abuse, reportedly keeping her as a sex slave in a barn for four years. The gruesome details emerged when the woman, identified only by her first name, Malgorzata, was brought to a hospital with severe facial injuries.
Medical alert leads to arrest
Doctors became suspicious and alerted authorities when Malgorzata came in with a dislocated shoulder and extensive facial damage. Upon examination, they discovered she had lost all her teeth and her lips, and her body was covered in bruises and scars.
According to Malgorzata, she was repeatedly raped, tortured, and subjected to cruel experiments by Jach. Despite making multiple hospital visits over the years, including one for childbirth, she had been too terrified to report her captor. Her baby was put up for adoption, reportedly against her wishes.
Disturbing revelations
Hospital sources disclosed that Malgorzata began speaking openly to fellow patients about her ordeal. “She is in a really serious condition, both physically and psychologically,” said a source close to the investigation. “From what we heard, the girl does not have lips now because of everything he had done to her. Her face is covered in bruises and she just has an open hole without the lips,” they added.
The couple reportedly met on a dating app in 2019, after which Jach took her to a farm where his parents also lived. Despite being just a few steps away, Jach’s parents claim they never saw or heard of any woman living there. “My wife and I really didn’t see any girl here. It’s a shock for us. It’s impossible. It couldn’t have lasted years, maybe a few months, but not that long, because it would have been revealed sooner,” Jach’s father told Polish media outlet Onet.
Legal consequences
Jach has been charged with mental, physical, and sexual abuse and is currently held in Glogow prison. He now faces up to 25 years in jail. Meanwhile, Malgorzata has been moved to a specialist hospital, possibly a psychiatric facility, to receive further treatment and care.
Ongoing investigation
Authorities have launched an investigation into the matter to uncover the full extent of the atrocities committed. “The woman said he [Jach] was doing some kind of trial on her. He was experimenting on her. He was trying out different things on her,” added a source close to the probe.
The horrifying case has sent shockwaves throughout Poland, raising serious questions about the oversight and awareness of such brutal acts occurring within a community.
Authorities urge anyone with further information about the case to come forward as the investigation continues.
