North Korea is breeding black swan's for people to eat amid the food crisis 

‘Black swan meat is delicious and has medicinal value,’ says the state-run newspaper. Food shortage in North Korea is forcing the government to take extreme measures. This includes encouraging the consumption of black swan’s meat and using coupons as replacements for cash.

The National Intelligence Service of South Korea told a group of lawmakers in a closed-door parliamentary briefing on Thursday that the country’s leader, Kim Jong-un, had issued orders to secure every grain of rice and devote all-out efforts to encourage farming to alleviate the food shortage, according to Reuters.
