Are we in for a treat or what? McDonald’s Chicken Nugget is a delicious treat! Millions of people all around the world adore them. No one can envision, however, a nugget styled like a video game character was sold for $100,000 on the internet. A user named ‘polizna’ listed the rather ‘sus’ appearing nugget on eBay.
This was part of a special meal by a prominent eatery in honor of the famed Korean band BTS. “This food product has an average expiration of about 14 days and will be delivered prior to expiration,” the website stated. Initially, the bid was at 99 cents. Then, it sold for a staggering $99,997, which is close to $100,000, after getting approximately 184 offers.
Among Us, the Twitter page published the picture as well. It was just $30,000 at the time, and it was only going to get more expensive. Xbox suggested that it be accompanied by a Szechuan sauce in the comments area.
The page on the microblogging site also tweeted McDonald’s proposing they send it for free. “Split the cost for me and send me one for free”. (softlay.com)
This piqued the interest of internet users. “If I was a millionaire, I would definitely buy it,” one user added. Many others, on the other hand, disliked this type of McDonald’s chicken nugget.
