Royal Tour Tension: Alleged ‘Secret Son’ Sparks Security Concerns for King Charles and Queen Camilla’s Australia Visit

As King Charles III and Queen Camilla prepare for their upcoming royal tour of Australia and Samoa, their security team is on high alert following unsettling claims from an Australian resident. Simon Charles Dorante-Day, who alleges he is the illegitimate son of the monarch and has persistently demanded a DNA test, has been placed on a security watch list, raising concerns ahead of the royal visit.

Simon Charles, born in the UK and adopted shortly after birth, insists he is the secret offspring of King Charles and Queen Camilla. He claims that the couple concealed his existence to protect their reputations and alleges that the late Queen Elizabeth II confirmed this on her deathbed. With the royals set to arrive in Australia soon, Dorante-Day issued a bold challenge on Facebook for a “four-way paternity test.”

The Australian resident, a father of nine, has long pursued a DNA test to substantiate his assertions. However, his actions have prompted authorities to monitor him closely, fearing he might act independently during the royal visit.

Following the tour announcement, Dorante-Day hinted at a possible confrontation with the royals upon their arrival in Sydney. “What am I going to do this time?” he questioned in May. “Well, I’d be a very silly person not to take action when he comes into the same jurisdiction as me. But I think I’d be even sillier to reveal my hand prematurely,” he claimed.

According to reports, Dorante-Day is not the only individual on the royal security watchlist. A protection expert, speaking anonymously, disclosed to Daily Mail Australia that 20 names are already under scrutiny. “Anyone who makes a public stir will attract significant attention,” the expert noted, adding that background checks and psychological evaluations are standard procedures for those on the list.

Dorante-Day, who asserts a striking resemblance to King Charles, once shared a photo comparing himself to Charles’ sons, Prince William and Prince Harry. He claims not only he but also his nine children resemble the royal siblings.

“The fact that the left side of my face identically matches Charles, whilst neither William nor Harry’s does, raises the obvious question: just who are Charles’s real sons?” he wrote on Facebook.

He alleges that Camilla kept him hidden for months post-birth with royal assistance before his adoption. At 58, residing in Queensland, Dorante-Day maintains that during his gestation, a teenage Charles studied in Australia, and an 18-year-old Camilla vanished from public view.

As the King and Queen consider their October visit, Dorante-Day sees a legal opportunity, aiming to compel them to undergo a paternity test through the courts.
