Kim Jong-un is said to have executed a general by throwing him in a “piranha-filled fish tank.”

According to the Daily Star, the general, whose name has not been released, was suspected of plotting a coup but became the latest victim of the newly created execution procedure. The massive fish tank was reportedly created inside Kim’s Ryongsong Residence. The victim’s limbs and body were allegedly slashed open with knives before he was put into the tank.

According to sources, it was unclear if the general was killed by the fish, died of his wounds, or drowned. According to the article, the North Korean dictator Kim is inspired by the 1977 James Bond film ‘The Spy Who Loved Me’. The film depicted the villain Karl Stromberg assassinating his opponents by putting them into a shark-infested aquarium.

Kim’s aquarium is thought to include several hundred piranhas ‘imported from Brazil.’ The flesh-eating fish have razor-sharp teeth that can rip flesh from a corpse in minutes. Since taking power in 2011, Kim is said to have fired 16 key officials.

He had already executed North Korea’s army chief, the CEO of the Central Bank, and the ambassadors in Cuba and Malaysia. “Kim rules by fear. Many enemies of the state are executed in public. He wants everyone to know, including his most trusted aides, that they are at risk of suffering a very unpleasant death if he suspects they are treasonous. (https://www.stocktargetadvisor.com/)

“The use of piranha is classic Kim. He is all about using fear and terror as a political tool. Whether or not the use of piranhas is an efficient way of killing someone won’t bother him.”
