Happy India Organisation is a non-profit group working to bring hope and opportunity to underprivileged children and adults in India. Founded with the belief that every child deserves a chance to succeed, Happy India focuses on investing in early childhood education and providing necessary resources in disadvantaged areas.
Over the years, Happy India has made a significant impact through its programs and initiatives. One of the organisation’s key achievements has been the distribution of over 5,000 book sets to children who may not have otherwise had access to education. This has helped to empower the next generation and give them the tools they need to succeed.
In addition to its work in education, Happy India has also made a difference in the lives of those in need through its free medical and eye camps. These camps have provided specialized care to thousands of people, and have included everything from basic medical treatment to free cataract surgery.
On Independence Day, Happy India took its efforts a step further by providing 50+ wheelchairs to those in need, helping to improve their mobility and independence. And on Sunday, July 3rd, 2022, the organisation hosted a mega health camp in sunrise school in partnership with Germanten Hospital, offering free consultations with MBBS doctors and access to free medicines and blood testing for more than 300 patients.
In addition to these specific initiatives, Happy India has a strong commitment to smart fund allocation and minimal staffing, ensuring that its resources are used effectively and efficiently. This approach has allowed the organisation to make a big impact with a relatively small team.
In December 2021, Happy India also tried to raise funds for the organisation through a drawing competition in partnership with the crypto industry. And throughout the years, the organisation has collaborated with over 600+ NGOs in India and internationally, demonstrating a commitment to working with others to make a difference.
