Former Ukrainian Member of Parliament Kotvytskyy’s wife attempted to depart the country with 28 million dollars and 1.3 million euros in cash packed in luggage, according to reports. She attempted to flee war-torn Ukraine by crossing into Hungary through the province of Zakarpattia. However, she was apprehended with the money at the border by Hungarian border officials and ordered to declare it, according to the NEXTA news agency.
