Ex-Miss Switzerland finalist's husband streamed YouTube videos as he chopped her up

In a shocking turn of events, the brutal murder of former Miss Switzerland contestant Kristina Joksimovic has gripped Switzerland as horrifying new details come to light. The remains of Joksimovic were discovered in her Binningen home in February this year, leading to the immediate arrest of her husband, identified by local media as Thomas.

Autopsy reveals disturbing details

An autopsy revealed that Kristina was strangled before being dismembered with a jigsaw, knife, and garden shears. In a gruesome act, Thomas reportedly blended her body parts with a chemical solution, turning them into a ‘purée’-like substance.

Further examination of the crime scene has brought to light the extreme depravity of the act. According to court documents cited by MailOnline, Thomas “carefully” cut out Kristina’s womb, an act described as “deliberate mutilation or ritualized degradation of the body” by investigators, indicating a severe mental disorder.

Lack of empathy and sadistic traits

Phone data revealed that Thomas was watching YouTube videos while dismembering his wife. Investigators have noted that Thomas exhibited no signs of “empathy” following the killing. They described him as having “sadistic-sociopathic traits.”

The autopsy further discovered that Thomas snapped Kristina’s hip joints from their sockets and separated her left upper arm, forearms, and right lower leg. Her upper spine was severed, and her torso was split in half above the pelvis.

Doubts on self-defense claim

Initially, Thomas asserted that he attacked Kristina in self-defense. However, the court has cast significant doubt on this claim, citing the “planned and systematic approach over several hours” and the use of “special tools and chemicals” to obliterate evidence of the crime.

Kristina Joksimovic, who won the title of Miss Northwest Switzerland in 2003 and was a finalist in the Miss Switzerland pageant in 2008, had been married to Thomas since 2017. The couple led an affluent lifestyle, although reports suggest their relationship had been “in crisis for months.”

As the investigation continues, the community remains in shock over the chilling details of this heinous crime.
