Elon Musk’s child, Xavier Alexander Musk has filed documents in court to change her name as well as gender from male to female. In April, she filed a request with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica seeking a name change as well as a new birth certificate representing her new gender identification.
In the document filed, she requested a name change from Xavier Alexander Musk to Vivian Jenna Wilson.
Xavier said, “I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form.” Musk tweeted in 2020 about transgender persons being able to choose their preferred pronouns. At that time he had said, “I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.”

Vivian is replacing the Musk surname in place of ‘Wilson,’ the last name of her mother Justine. Vivian’s parents Justine Wilson and Elon Musk were married for eight years from 2000 to 2008. Nevada, their first child, was born in 2002. Unfortunately, he died of unexpected infant death syndrome at the age of 10 weeks. The eldest of the Tesla CEO’s seven children, Vivian and her twin Griffin were born in 2004.
No other information about the disagreement between Musk’s daughter and Elon Musk, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO who is attempting to buy Twitter for $44 billion is available. Musk has made no public statements about it. Last week, a Dogecoin cryptocurrency investor in the United States sued Musk for $258 billion. He alleged that they were involved in an illegal racketeering strategy to deliberately boost the price of Dogecoin.
