Florida resident Gail Hamilton, who was seated in an aisle seat, claims that a Delta flight attendant “unexpectedly struck” her multiple times with a “loaded cart.” The impact reportedly injured her right shoulder. Hamilton’s lawsuit accuses Delta Airlines and the unidentified employee of negligence, citing a failure to properly train staff and safely operate the cart within the aisle.
