There’s only a one in 10 million chance of giving birth to two sets of identical twins at once. Ashley Ness, a 35-year-old woman defied all the odds of becoming the mother of four. The woman gave birth to identical twins, two girls and two boys on July 28. She underwent a cesarean section at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

She suffered four miscarriages before giving birth to the twins

Some time back, a woman from California gave birth to twins just 15 minutes apart but on different days. Fatima Madrigal welcomed her son Alfredo on 2021 New Year’s Eve at 11: 45 pm. His twin sister, Aylin was born in 2022, when the clock struck midnight, according to reports. The siblings were born at Natividad Medical Center. They shared a photo of the babies and wrote the birth was a ‘1 in a 2 million chance’.
A similar rare delivery was witnessed on 31 December 2019. Dawn Gilliam gave birth to her first child at 11:37 pm and then her second child arrived at 12.07 am on 1 January 2020. The twins were born at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel, Indiana.
