According to a new report, Black Lives Matter leaders used over $6 million of the donation money for buying a luxurious mansion in southern California.

A new report released on Monday reveals that over $6 million of donation money for Black Lives Matter went towards purchasing a luxury mansion. As per New York magazine, Alicia Garza, Melina Abdullah, and Patrisse Cullors recorded a video outside a property commemorating the first death anniversary of George Floyd. The magazine also reports that the mansion was secretly bought. Following an extensive investigation by The Post, it was revealed that Cullors had four high-end US houses. However, she previously admitted to being weeks away from ‘survival mode’.
Following the three former leaders filing several videos drinking champagne and dining outside the estate last, the organization was allegedly hoping to keep it a secret. However, other leaders, acknowledging the presence of the house are calling it a campus internally. According to them, buying the house was a part of the organization’s cultural arm.

Investigation revealed that the property was covered with an LLC acquisition. Hence, its location is not clear. An LLC is a Limited Liability Company. Pascall is the financial manager of an LLC. The New York magazine reports it to have over six bathrooms and bedrooms. (madisonavenuemalls.com/) Additionally, the 6,500 square feet house has several fireplaces, a pool, a guesthouse, and a soundstage. The mansion has enough space for parking over 20 cars.
The disclosure is increasing suspicions as the federal government is investigating the foundation. As per the allegation, there is mismanagement of the donation money. Additionally, Black Life Matter co-founder Patrice Cullors quit the foundation in May 2021.
