How to set up a personal gym at home?

1. Space
Designate an open space for your gym with access to plenty of natural light.
2. Flooring
Arrange proper flooring with a rubber mat that protect you from injury and prevent the floor from getting damaged.
3. Decor
Install mirrors, and motivational posters. The decor will keep you motivated and give a feel of a professional gym.
4. Equipments
You will need a rack, a barbell and plate set, a bench, some kettlebells, and a treadmill to set up a fully functional basic gym.
