Dhaniya panjiri

Warmed coriander seeds, ground to a fragrant powder; heat ghee, dry fruits, sugar, cardamom, elaichi, mix with dhaniya powder.

Makhan mishri

This is very simple and quick preparation. Take some mishri and add it to the fresh white butter. You can also add mint leaves to it for fragrance.

Peda

Create khoya pedas by simmering khoya, powdered sugar, elaichi, and kesar, adding elaichi and kesar for flavor, shaping to desired size, and garnishing with dried fruits.

Mohan bhog

Roast ghee, semolina, milk, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and nuts in a wok. Bring to a boil, stir, and cook until thickened.

Ghewar

Create a smooth batter with besan, ghee, and water, then cook in hot ghee discs until golden, soaked in syrup, and topped with nuts, saffron, and spices.
