Nothing may be working on a new mid-range smartphone called the Nothing Phone 2a. Sanju Choudhary, a tipster, shared details about the new handset, including its design and display according to a new leak. The aforementioned smartphone, model number AIN142, is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. It might get LED strips on the back panel and dual cameras.
Nothing Phone 2a Design Specifications
A transparent back panel with a familiar LED strip is shown in the leaked render. Like the Nothing Phone (1) and Phone (2), the Nothing Phone 2a appears to have a boxy frame with rounded edges. Choudhary mentions that the final design may differ slightly from the image that was leaked. The phone is expected to have a punch-hole cutout in the center for the selfie camera as well as dual camera sensors on the back panel, which could be made of glass.
The name of the smartphone has previously been confirmed
The IMEI database confirmed the name and model number of the Nothing Phone 2a in August. The device could cost around Rs. 30,000, somewhere between Phone (1) and Phone (2). There is no word on when the Nothing Phone 2a will be released. It is expected to be a more affordable option that will compete with the Google Pixel 7a and the OnePlus Nord 3, among others.
