Several CAD renders of the impending Nothing Phone (2) surfaced last month. However, because the firm has not released the official design, it is unknown whether these images correctly represent the device’s design. A recent teaser claimed that the smartphone, like its predecessor, would have a dual-camera setup. A leaked poster that has just surfaced online has revealed the Phone (2)’s rear camera design.
Dual cameras are present in Nothing Phone (2)
The Nothing Phone (2) image revealed by tipster Paras Guglani shows a vertical dual camera configuration similar to its predecessor. The design is very similar to the CAD images previously shared on SmartPrix by famed tipster OnLeaks. Unfortunately, there is no information available on the Phone (2)’s camera configurations.
The photograph also shows that the Phone (2) has flat corners and a twin LED flash, as opposed to the Phone (1)’s single LED flash. A cropped image from one of the CAD models is shown below, illustrating that the renders offered a nearly accurate representation of the rear camera arrangement and dual LED flash unit.
With less than a week, until the Phone (2)’s release, it appears that the business will shortly release further teasers revealing its design. One of the most recent teases stated that the Nothing Phone (2) will have a display with a central punch-hole, as opposed to the Phone (1)’s corner camera cutout. In terms of features, the Phone (2) will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The smartphone will include a 4,700mAh battery as well as wireless charging. The phone’s back panel will have an enhanced version of the Glyph interface. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and will operate on the Nothing operating system 2.0-based Android 13. It will also feature an aluminum frame for enhanced durability and a premium feel.
