“It was much simpler than I thought it would be,” says Kim Estes, operating principle of three market centers in Atlanta, GA, of beginning to work with Cyberbacker. Frequent communication via Zoom helps Estes and her cyberbacker, Joshua Lynne, cultivate a productive partnership. “We have as many meetings as possible,” Estes says, which is key to understanding one another’s style.
Joshua Lynne’s support allows Estes to focus more on “face-to-face” client interactions, which she needs to do to grow her business. “It’s a relief to know that I have a partner who’s miles away but feels like they’re next door,” Estes says.
Finding the Right Fit
Estes was “super impressed” by Cyberbacker’s hiring process. It was essential for Estes to know that Cyberbacker hires only 2% of applicants. “I have a similar hiring process,” she says. But before Estes interviewed applicants, she sat down with Growth Backer Jackie, who conducted a business evaluation and helped Estes create a job description. “Virtual-Leverage is a self-discovery journey,” Estes says. “You learn your systems. I was able to be very specific about what I was looking for.”
Now-Cyberbacker Joshua Lynne’s energy, as well as her ability and “learning-based mindset,” caught Estes’ attention immediately. The process took about two weeks, Estes estimates, which meant that Joshua Lynne had quickly become a key member of the team. She handles record billing for properties, makes social media posts, and helps Estes manage her busy schedule. “She is happy and eager to learn every aspect of it. I could not be more pleased,” Estes says.
The Benefits of Investing in Virtual Leverage
Working with Cyberbacker has made a significant impact on Estes. “It has given me back more time,” she says. “It has allowed me not to feel like I’m always leaving something undone.”
Estes describes Cyberbacker Joshua Lynne as “inquisitive and eager to learn.” Though Estes is impressed by Joshua Lynne’s skillset and intelligence, what stands out about her the most is “her eagerness to learn and grow.”
“What I’ve gotten back is way more than I’ve invested,” Estes says.
