Fans and critics condemn controversial fight between male MMA fighters and female influencers
A controversial MMA event in Romania has sparked widespread outrage after two male fighters were pitted against three female Instagram and OnlyFans models in a highly criticized bout. Hosted by the promotion company Real Xtreme Fighting (RXF), the fight has been denounced by fans and commentators as “disgusting” and “immoral.”
Unconventional match-up draws backlash
The event, which took place last night, saw OnlyFans personality Alicia Bonita alongside models Denisa Costea and Maria Adriana enter the octagon against seasoned male fighters Costica Prisecaru and Sebastian Rechinu. Within seconds of the fight’s start, one of the men cornered Denisa Costea and knocked her to the floor with a brutal strike. Meanwhile, his teammate launched a flurry of punches at the other two women.
The fight lasted just three minutes, during which the women were repeatedly knocked down. Maria Adriana, who had previously won an RXF all-star event, was visibly in pain after receiving a forceful kick to the stomach. In a moment of post-fight chaos, she attempted to confront the two men but was restrained by security.
Public outcry over ethics of the fight
Fans and critics took to social media to condemn the match, questioning how such an event was allowed to take place.
“How is this legal?” one user wrote, while another called for RXF to be banned in Romania, stating, “These fights are totally immoral. I’ve seen RXF organize bouts between disabled men and women before—this needs to stop.”
A third commentator suggested: “These two guys should be put in a tag-team fight against [MMA legends] Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou.”
One outraged viewer called for legal action, writing, “Whoever devised this should be apprehended.” Another simply labeled the event “disgusting behavior.”
RXF’s history of controversial fights
This is not the first time RXF has come under scrutiny. The organization has a track record of staging unconventional and ethically questionable fights. On the same night, the promotion also arranged a bizarre match featuring two professional MMA fighters against ten untrained amateurs.
Before the controversial fight, Bonita, Costea, and Adriana made a flashy entrance, dancing and twerking on their way to the octagon—an act that, in retrospect, contrasted sharply with the brutality that followed.
Calls for intervention
The shocking nature of the fight has reignited debates about MMA regulations and ethical boundaries in combat sports. As public backlash grows, pressure mounts on Romanian authorities and international MMA governing bodies to take action against RXF’s questionable fight bookings.
