Red Bull’s Max Verstappen beat Lewis Hamilton by more than 35 seconds to dominate the Styrian Grand Prix. Finn Valtteri Bottas was finished third for Mercedes.

“Unbelievable. The car was on fire. Another win at home feels really good. It’s looking really good. We just have to keep pushing really hard and I’m confident we can do a really good job again.” said Verstappen on the radio at the finish.


Red Bull seal four F1 wins in a row

It was the four consecutive wins for Red Bull. This was also Red Bull’s fifth race win of the season and Verstappen’s fourth race win. They are certainly the team to beat now.

Verstappen wins 14th race in F1

Verstappen wins this season – Emilia Romagna GP, Monaco GP, French GP, and the Styrian GP. It was Verstappen’s 14th career win and fourth of the season, increasing his lead over the seven-time world champion in the drivers’ standings to 18 points after eight races.
