Beckham Jr. breaks silence on social media

Taking to social media on Monday, the 32-year-old athlete expressed disbelief over the serious allegations made against him. According to Standard, the lawsuit claims that the assault continued “until eventually she had no control over her body nor could she move her body.”

Both Druski and Beckham Jr. denied the claims, with the latter responding to Druski’s post on X (formerly Twitter).

“Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid,” Beckham Jr. wrote.

Druski calls lawsuit ‘fabricated lie’

Beckham Jr.’s response came after Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, dismissed the lawsuit as a “fabricated lie.”

The 30-year-old comedian refuted the allegations, stating that in 2018, when the alleged incident occurred, he “wasn’t a public figure” and had no ties to the entertainment industry.

“I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” Druski wrote.

He further added that while his heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, he is confident the evidence will expose falsehoods in the case.

“I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives,” he said.
