Speaking of the round of 16, pre-tournament favorites Brazil, Argentina, England, Croatia, and Portugal have all advanced, while other top teams like 2014 champions Germany and previous year’s semifinalists Belgium have already exited the tournament. Teams like Japan and Morocco won their respective groups, and Australia defeated Denmark to go to the Round of 16 for the second time in team history.

Here are the teams that have so far qualified and the full schedule ahead of the Round of 16 action:

Group winners: England, France, Argentina, Netherlands, Japan, Morocco
Second-placed: Senegal, Poland, Australia, USA, Croatia, Spain
Final position yet to be confirmed: Brazil and Portugal

On the other hand, as many as six teams — such as Switzerland, Cameroon, and Serbia in Group G, and Ghana, South Korea, and Uruguay from Group H — are still in the race to seal the two remaining spots.
