SpaceX’s Starship, the world’s biggest and the most powerful rocket to be ever built, exploded four minutes after its launch. SpaceX stated that Starship experienced a “rapid unscheduled disassembly” before stage separation. “Teams will continue to review data and work toward our next flight test,” SpaceX tweeted.
The massive rocket successfully launched at 8:33 am Central Time (1333 GMT from Starbase, the exclusive SpaceX spaceport in Boca Chica, Texas.
The Starship capsule was supposed to separate from the first-stage rocket booster four minutes into the mission, but the separation failed, and the rocket blew up.
