“A Vast Difference”
Before she partnered with Cyberbacker, Allison Gambone of Keller Williams was struggling to grow her business while managing her daily tasks. “It was insanity,” says the New York-based recruiter, trainer, and coach. “My follow-up was definitely suffering.” Though Gambone had tried working with virtual team members before, she wasn’t satisfied with the results.
The tipping point, she says, was clear. “It was crucial that I ramp up my business.” Gambone’s colleagues and friends encouraged her to try working with Cyberbacker. “They told me, ‘You’re crazy not to do it’,” Gambone says.

A year into working with Cyberbacker Gino, Gambone couldn’t be happier she took the leap. Moving forward, Gambone wants Gino to focus more on lead generating – in fact, she’s considering hiring a Cyberbacker to assist him in the future.
Overall, the Cyberbackers Gambone works with, save her entire staff time. “All five of them are going to have time relieved”, she says, so that more hours can be spent face-to-face with clients and customers.

Gambone’s advice to CEOs considering working with Cyberbacker?
