The year 2023 continues to drag on the negative side for Afghan people when it comes to the worsening of humanitarian crisis, human rights issue, and political prosperity. However, the trend is going downwards not just in Afghanistan but as seen across the globe, so Taleam’s CEO, Meladul Haq Ahmadzai voices his own opinion now. During these challenging times, Ahmadzai says, “Afghanistan people are likely to benefit from a peace plan and be an example to the world, having learned from past war experience.” Taleam Systems has always voiced for real and stable peace in Afghanistan.
Current issues across the globe:
Meanwhile, the war between Russia and Ukraine heats up, and earthquakes in Syria and Turkey kill more than 40,000 people in the last 9 days.
What Afghanistan people need help with at the moment:
One way to support Afghanistan’s rehabilitation efforts would be to ask the business sector to provide online education for the children of Afghanistan while the peace plan develops, suggests Ahmadzai. This comes as the Taliban have closed schools in order to prevent girls from learning. The Taliban have backtracked on promises to the Afghani people.
Ahmadzai concludes, “If they [Afghan girls] cannot leave their home or country as we hear in the media, then we as business owners and CEOs should provide the means for them such as online education”.
The word Taleam means education in Pashto language.
