Madelaine Brockway, a 26-year-old South Florida car dealership heiress, has been making headlines for the past few days with the documentation of her lavish and resplendent five-day Parisian wedding with groom Jacob LaGrone.
The couple married on November 18, and videos from their historic nuptials, which were reportedly worth $59 million, went viral on TikTok and other social media platforms, making everyone’s jaw drop with the unusual splurge.
While it is unknown who paid for the extravagant wedding, netizens speculate that Madelaine’s parents are most likely the ones who foot the bill.
Her father, Bob Brockway, is the CEO and Chairman of Ussery Automotive Group, and her mother, Paula Brockway, is the Vice President of Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables in Florida. Ussery Automotive made headlines earlier this year when it announced the sale of two of its locations for a profit of $150–700 million.
Madelaine Brockway, who was born in Miami, Florida, later relocated to Texas and reportedly began dating Jacob LaGrone, who is from Nashville, in March 2020.
Jacob worked as a talent coordinator for the Country Music Association in 2013 and 2014, according to his LinkedIn profile. In 2018, he also worked as a production assistant for country singer Jason Aldean. His current occupation, however, is unknown.
Madelaine Brockway and Jacob LaGrone’s multimillion-dollar wedding clearly became the talk of social media, with a few netizens bringing up some noteworthy points.
Despite some people praising the almost regal arrangements, which are a dream for many wedding enthusiasts, a few others believe that spending $59 million on a wedding is not only extravagant but also insane, regardless of one’s wealth.
People also mentioned how this much money could be better spent on humanitarian efforts. Others expressed concern that if Madelaine and Jacob divorced five years later, all of the money spent on this wedding would be wasted.

Madelaine Brockway’s five-day grandiose wedding was preceded by a similarly lavish bachelorette party last month at Amangiri Resort in Utah, where she spent four nights with her closest friends.
Famous guests have included Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, and others.
The four-day celebration had a different theme each day. The first night’s theme was “Pretty in Pink,” while the second night’s theme was “Aliens Among Us,” an extraterrestrial rendezvous in which Madelaine wore a short bob green wig with bangs to Katy Perry’s famous tracks.
Madelaine Brockway dressed up as French queen Marie Antoinette on the third night of the bachelorette, dubbed “Golden Hour.”
Following the bachelorette party in Utah, Madelaine and her wedding party took private jets to Paris for the main event—the wedding. The bride and her friends had a private lunch in a Chanel Haute Couture suite five days before the ceremony.
Following that, Madelaine and her guests stayed at the Palace of Versailles, which was decked out in 18th-century architectural splendor.
Madelaine and Jacob also gave their guests a complimentary tour of Versailles’ gardens and the Domaine de Trianon. Before their wedding, the bride and groom visited the Eiffel Tower and dined on a boat on the Seine River with their family and friends.
Their rehearsal dinner was held at the Palais Garnier, one of the world’s most famous opera houses. The grand staircase of the theatre was adorned with a lovely floral display, and female violinists added tuneful music to the festivities.
Madelaine Brockway has yet to reveal the location of her wedding. However, based on the videos posted on TikTok, netizens speculated that it most likely took place in the backyard garden of an old mansion.
