Developers have unveiled a “hypertower” in Dubai that they think could topple New York‘s stunning Central Park Tower’s crown as the tallest residential skyscraper in the world, which stands at 1,550 feet (472 meters).
The structure, known as Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, is the result of a partnership between timepiece Jacob & Co. and Emirati real estate developer Binghatti. It is intended to “create a record as one of the tallest residential projects in the world,” according to a statement from the developers.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will have 100 floors
The ‘ultra-luxury’ Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will have 100 floors as compared to the Central Park Tower’s 98 floors. Additionally, it won’t simply be a height that draws attention. Images depict how the structure will be crowned with spires in the form of diamonds.
The structure, which will “stand opulently in the heart of Dubai’s most eminent financial sector, Business Bay,” is expected to be equally glitzy on the inside.
Five of the most opulent and private penthouses in Dubai will be located at the top of Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences. According to a statement, the planned design includes opulent two- and three-bedroom apartments on more than 100 stories.
The dedicated concierge team in this hypertower provides a la carte services like daycare, bodyguard, chauffeur, and private chef. “Floating on top of the world, they offer boundless views of the city’s skyline, including Downtown and the Dubai Water Canal,'” said Jacob Arabo, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co.
These penthouses will come in three different varieties, each named after signature Jacob & Co timepieces: Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia, and Billionaire. They are inspired by our high watchmaking collections.
The penthouse collection’s interior decor will be directly influenced by its own characteristics. The Billionaire Penthouse, as its name suggests, is the crown gem of the hypertower.
