A Twitter user shared a screenshot from his current company’s website, Blueprint, and asked Johnson if the rumors regarding his eating habits were true. The millionaire astounded his fans by stating that the details were accurate. “My last meal for the day is at 11 a. (leankitchenco.com/) m. “I eat between 6 and 11 a.m.,” Johnson remarked in a tweet. Fortune says he begins his day with a “green giant” smoothie including components such as collagen, spermidine, and creatine. During the five-hour period, he also has a super veggie salad, a nutty pudding, and a third meal, which can range from a stuffed sweet potato to an orange and fennel salad, according to the site. According to reports, the man is worth $400 million.

Bloomberg published an article in February on Johnson and his efforts to restore his youth through a rigorous approach dubbed “Project Blueprint” by him and his team of specialists. He disclosed in the article that he follows a daily regimen that has given him the lung capacity and physical endurance of an 18-year-old, the heart of a 37-year-old, and the skin of a 28-year-old.
