Who is Adele's boyfriend Rich Paul?

Adele, the queen of shattered hearts. The one who made a profession out of weepy ballads, is having a good time these days. And the witty British singer-songwriter appears to attribute some of her good fortunes to her boyfriend, sports agent Rich Paul. So, who is this guy Rich Paul?

She lauds the Klutch Sports Group founder, 39, and has been unusually frank with journalists about their relationship in several interviews building up to the release of her new album, “30,” on Friday. On Sunday, the powerhouse singer spoke with Oprah Winfrey about Paul during her CBS special, “Adele One Night Only,” raving about her new beau’s sense of humour and wit. Paul also shared a few behind-the-scenes photographs from the pre-recorded sit-down interview on Instagram.

Oh, he’s so funny, he’s hilarious, yeah

“He’s just hilarious,” she tells Winfrey. “Oh, he’s so funny, he’s hilarious, yeah. And very smart. You know, he’s very, very smart. It’s quite incredible watching him do what he does.” The 33-year-old describes the “easiness” of their relationship. She says it’s the first time she has loved herself. And be open to loving and being loved by someone else.

“It’s just timing,” she adds. “But it’d be interesting to see what my reaction is like in general to anything that hurts me now that I feel so secure in myself. And I’m talking outside of romance as well.” Adele and Paul’s appearance this summer occurred two months after the Cleveland native hinted in a New Yorker feature that he had been “hanging out” with a famous pop diva who was not named in the piece. Even though he stated in the storey that he was not dating and was single.

However, while promoting her “comeback” album, her first in six years that emotionally dissects her life during and after her divorce from Simon Konecki and her self-proclaimed “Saturn return,” the 15-time Grammy winner has been more candid. Adele has revealed that she was upset and ashamed by her divorce and that she stopped drinking and began working out to help her feel “focused.”
