On Tuesday, a day after it was leaked online, the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer was released. The film is Tom Holland’s third solo Spider-Man adventure, and it also stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange.
Following the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home, which revealed Spider-Man’s true identity as Peter Parker to the world, Spider-Man: No Way Home depicts him entering into the multiverse. Frustrated at being blamed for Mysterio’s death, being dubbed ‘Enemy #1,’ and being followed around by youngsters with cameras, Peter enlists Doctor Strange’s assistance in turning back time and restoring things to their former state.

Despite Wong’s warning, Stephen decides to meddle with the universe nonetheless. But there’s a catch; not only the general public, but everyone in Peter’s life, including MJ and Ned, will forget he’s Spider-Man. Before Peter could change his mind, everything was already in motion, and they were sent spiraling down the rabbit hole.
They see Doctor Octopus, played by Alfred Molina from Sam Raimi’s Spiderman 2, along the route, who greets Peter with his nasty welcomes. Green Goblin was heard chuckling as well. Unfortunately, there is no footage of Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield in the trailer thus far.
The trailer piqued the interest of viewers. But still desiring to see the earlier versions of Spider-Man in the movie. “This looks awesome, love seeing Alfred Molina back as Doc Ock but if Tobey Maguires Spider-Man appears on the big screen once again… I won’t be able to hold in the screams,” wrote one user. “‘Be careful what you wish for Parker’. That was definitely James Franco,” conjectured another fan.
Zendaya plays MJ, and Marisa Tomei plays Aunt May in the film. It is set to release in December. Jon Watts will direct the third Spider-Man film. Also, it will be releasing in theatres.
