MrBeast posts first video on X, Elon Musk reacts

MrBeast posts first video on X, gets millions of views

MrBeast has moved on to a completely different platform. James Stephen “Jimmy” Donaldson, also known as Mr. Beast, the king of online stunts and giveaways, has uploaded his first video to X. And, guess what? It has already accumulated over ten million views!
This comes days after Elon Musk responded to a fan’s comment by suggesting that the YouTuber upload his videos to X as well.

After years of dominating YouTube, MrBeast’s latest move has taken everyone by surprise. Earlier, in response to Elon Musk, the owner of X, the YouTuber stated, “My videos cost millions to make and even if they got a billion views on X it wouldn’t fund a fraction of it :/”, he further added, “I’m down though to test stuff once monetization is cranking!”

The ad clip titled “$1 Car vs $100,000,000 Car!!!” is accompanied by the caption, “I’m curious how much ad revenue a video on X would generate, so I’m reuploading this to test it. Will share ad revenue next week.” The video was uploaded less than 24 hours ago and has already received over 25 million views.(As of this writing.)

Shortly after he posted the tweet, tech billionaire Elon Musk reshared it, escalating the buzz surrounding this unexpected move.

“First MrBeast video posted directly on X!” wrote Elon Musk, resharing the video.

MrBeast has over 230 million YouTube subscribers and 25 million X followers. For those unfamiliar, X launched its ad revenue-sharing program last year. After rewarding some lucky, well-connected creators (including Elon’s favorites!) with thousands in ad revenue, X has finally opened the floodgates.
