A day after his procedure, Jeremy Renner posted a photo from the hospital and thanked his followers and well-wishers on social media.

Renner posted a photo of himself on Instagram with the message, “Thank you all for your kind words. I’m too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all.” On Renner’s face, some bruises could be seen in the image. On January 1st, the “Hawkeye” actor was involved in a snow plow accident.

Several Hollywood celebs, including Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, Taika Watiti, and Orlando Bloom among others, left well wishes in the social media post’s comments area.

While Hemsworth wrote, “Speedy recovery buddy. Sending love your way!” for his `Avengers` co-star, Pratt commented, “Continued prayers your way brutha.”

According to reports, Renner was hurt close to the Mt. Rose Highway, which connects south Reno with Lake Tahoe, which is on the Nevada-California border. Late on Sunday, the Washoe County (Nevada) Sheriff’s Office reported that Renner required a helicopter transfer to a hospital for treatment.

According to a source who spoke to People magazine on Monday, Renner has “extensive” injuries. According to Renner’s agent, he is “receiving excellent care.” The actor had surgery on Monday and will probably need another one. He was involved in an accident on Sunday that resulted in traumatic chest damage and orthopedic injuries.
