BTS members J-hope and Jimin paid a visit to Kim Seok Jin at a military base in South Korea on Saturday. Jin, who was recently promoted to the rank of Private First Class, posted a photo on his official Instagram account with the comment “Welcome” in Korean.

Jin is shown in the photo standing in his military uniform and buzz haircut, while J-Hope or Hobi is dressed in a black sweatshirt, a white jacket, dark green slacks, and a green cap.

Park Jimin, on the other hand, dressed down in a black T-shirt, denim leggings, and a beanie. Take a look at the viral image below!

The post earned 9 million likes in just a few hours. But, the post’s comments were closed.

Jin began his 18-month required military service at a front-line South Korean boot camp in December last year.

J-Hope will take over his army responsibilities after him. In February, he began the enlisting procedure for required military service.

According to BTS’s agency, BigHit Music, the rapper has asked to end the postponement of his own enlistment.

In a statement, BigHit Music said, “This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We would like to inform our fans that J-hope has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement. And we will inform you of further updates in due course. We ask you for your continued love and support for J-hope until he completes his military service and safely returns. Our company will spare no effort in providing support for our artists. Thank you.”

Meanwhile, Jimin will make his reappearance this month with his album Face. The album is said to have six tracks and is a compiled version of the K-pop star’s career over the last decade.
