Amazon Prime’s Hanna Season 3 teaser was out on Sunday at New York Comic-Con along with the premiere date. Ray Liotta joins the cast for Hanna Season 3 as Gordon Evans. The series will premiere on Nov. 24.
Evans plays a respected former military man and intelligence operative who wields incredible insider power. He pictures himself as a visionary with a strict moral code. A true patriot is willing to go to any length to safeguard his nation.
Esmé Creed-Miles plays Hanna. This season continues the journey of Hanna, an extraordinary young woman, who was created by the sinister organization Utrax and trained to be an assassin. She secretly tries to destroy Utrax from the inside to free herself from its grasp. She takes help from her arch-nemesis. Mireille Enos as former-CIA agent Marissa Wiegler.
They manage to persuade high-ranking Utrax agent John Carmichael to help them with their goal. However, Hanna’s colleague’s assassins, Sandy and Jules, as well as new adversaries, are beginning to detect Hanna’s strategy. Hanna nears her goal, she discovers not only a world-changing purpose but also the true force behind Utrax, which stands between her and freedom.
Hanna’s executive producer Tom Coan speaks on a panel at NYCC, there were two intentions in making the show “to be more sophisticated and dynamic—and that was the centerpiece on which everything was built … we operated on the principle of trying to make it as exciting as possible.”
David Farr is the writer Hanna and also acts as EP. NBC Universal International Studios, Working Title Television, and Amazon Studios are producing the show. NBCUniversal International Studios’ EP is Tom Coan, with Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements serving as executive producers alongside Scott Nemes.
