Disney India has announced an amazing calendar of theatrical releases for 2021-2022. Beginning with Eternals, which will release on Diwali in six languages — English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. (https://www.riverbendresort.us/) Also included in the new calendar are Eternals, Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness, Thor: Love And Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Blade, and The Marvels. It will usher in the fourth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Avatar: The Last Airbender is also on the list, as are other animation films.
The first major release will be Eternals, a multi-starrer directed by Oscar winner Chloé Zhao. It would focus on the titular alien immortals, who have fought Deviants for millions of years. Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, Barry Keoghan, Angelina Jolie, and also Kit Harington star in Eternals. Both Matthew and Ryan Firpo wrote it.
Gal Gadot, Kenneth Branagh, and also Ali Fazal feature in Death on the Nile. Then, it is based on Agatha Christie’s novel. During the pandemic, it was postponed indefinitely.
