Diddy's children respond to 'hurtful' rumors about late mother Kim Porter

Family addresses speculation surrounding Kim Porter’s death and relationship with Diddy

The children of late model and actress Kim Porter have broken their silence to address rumors following the recent arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs on sex trafficking charges. Kim Porter, who passed away in 2018, shared three children with Diddy: Christian “King” Combs, 26, and 17-year-old twins D’Lila and Jessie. Porter’s eldest son, Quincy, 33, from her previous relationship with R&B singer Al B. Sure!, was also raised by Diddy.

Family disputes speculation

In a public statement, Kim Porter’s children expressed their frustration over the false claims circulating about their mother and her relationship with Diddy. They said, “We have seen so many hurtful and false rumors circulating about our parents, Kim Porter and Sean Combs’ relationship, as well as about our mom’s tragic passing, that we feel the need to speak out.”

Denial of false claims

The family also refuted reports suggesting that Kim Porter had written a book before her passing. “Claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue. She did not, and anyone claiming to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves,” they clarified.

Porter passed away at the age of 47 from pneumonia at her home in Toluca Lake on November 15, 2018, after experiencing flu-like symptoms. Her death has been the subject of ongoing speculation, but her children are now taking a stand to put rumors to rest and honor her memory.
