Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator, and Doja Cat will headline Coachella 2024, the festival announced on Tuesday. The performances will take place in Indio on the weekends of April 12-14 and April 19-21. No Doubt, which teased a reunion just before Coachella’s lineup was announced, is also on the festival’s lineup, in a spot previously held by high-profile acts Calvin Harris and Swedish House Mafia.
Prior to her upcoming headlining appearance, Lana Del Rey last played Coachella in 2014 and was scheduled to perform in 2020 before the pandemic canceled the festival. On January 1, she teased a return to Coachella on Instagram, posting a photo from the 2014 performance alongside the audio for her song “Coachella — Woodstock in My Mind.”
Meanwhile, Tyler joined Kali Uchis on stage last year to perform their collaboration “See You Again” from Flower Boy, his 2017 album. He has performed at Coachella several times, both as a guest artist and for his own sets with Odd Future and as a solo artist.
Doja Cat last performed at Coachella in 2022, the festival’s first year following COVID-19, and she delivered one of the weekend’s standout performances.
Gwen Stefani hinted at a No Doubt reunion in an Instagram post earlier Tuesday, with the band members meeting on a video call and saying they wanted to play a show.
Coachella 2024 will feature major acts such as Blur, Ice Spice, Lil Uzi Vert, Deftones, Bebe Rexha
In addition to the headliners, Coachella will feature major acts such as Blur, Ice Spice, Lil Uzi Vert, Deftones, Bebe Rexha, Bleachers, Grimes, Jhené Aiko, and Reneé Rapp.
Coachella’s lineup continues to include more global acts, as genres from around the world continue to dominate the charts in the United States. K-Ateez, a pop group that achieved their first number one album on the Billboard 200 last year, will make their Coachella debut. Several Latin music heavyweights, including J Balvin, Peso Pluma, and Bizarrap, will also perform, continuing the festival’s tradition of featuring Latin artists. Mexican artists such as Grupo Firme, Becky G, and Los Tucanes de Tijuana have recently performed on the main stage. Last year, Bad Bunny made history by becoming the first Spanish-language artist to headline the festival.
