Despite the fact that Chase was in a wheelchair, he stood up to pose for a photo with Stallone. He was dressed in a red jacket with a white shirt and jeans. He finished the look with a white cap and red sunglasses. And he was in a wheelchair due to health issues, including a heart failure in 2021, which resulted in memory loss.

Over the years, the comedian has battled a variety of health issues. According to Variety, he was also electrocuted while working on the set of the 1981 film Modern Problems.
