To be eligible for the award, a company must have at least 50 Millennial employees and be Great Place to Work Certified. Employees answer a 60-question survey that gauges how much respect, equity, pride, community, and trust they experience at their company. According to research conducted by the Great Place to Work in 2021, Millennials value working at a company that makes them feel proud, connected, and meaningful.
