Elon Musk’s father has stated that his billionaire son could be assassinated. Errol Musk, 77, slammed a recent New Yorker piece that claimed Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s influence impacts government choices concerning space, Ukraine, social media, and electric automobiles. The paper also emphasized the importance of SpaceX’s Starlink satellites in the Ukraine conflict. Following Mr Musk’s acquisition of Twitter last year, US President Joe Biden stated that his contacts with other countries are “worthy of consideration.” In response to The New Yorker’s ‘Elon Musk’s Shadow Rule,’ Errol said to The Sun, “It’s a hit job, a shadow government-sponsored opening salvo on Elon.”

“The artillery-like softening up of the enemy before the actual attack and preparing of the ever-submissive people for the attack,” he added. When asked whether he feared the “shadow government” could assassinate Elon, he replied: “Yes.” Elon Musk faced a lot of flak when he paid $44 billion for Twitter in October of last year. He has been accused of facilitating an increase in hate speech and misinformation on the social media network, which he just relaunched as X. Former Russian space agency chief Dmitry Rogozin threatened the world’s richest man in May last year with the supply of Starlink satellite internet service to Ukraine. He had joked about it at the time, adding, “If I die under mysterious circumstances, it’s been nice knowing ya.”

Mr Rogozin, on the other hand, was ousted months later, and Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Yuri Borisov to replace him. Some Twitter employees told the BBC a few months ago that Mr Musk is always surrounded by bodyguards. They also stated that maintaining security is challenging due to layoffs and changes under owner Elon Musk.
