China’s Yicai media outlet confirmed reports of Jack Ma in Australia. It revealed he is spending time with the Morleys. Pictures are circulating online but, it is not verified. While his agenda is unclear, he was closely associated with the Morley family as they helped him during his teenage years. Since then, he has been in touch with them and in 2017, he set up a $20 million scholarship fund in the name of Ken Morley, his late mentor.

Since 2022, the Chinese billionaire has been seen visiting various nations. He was seen in Japan’s countryside before going to Thailand. Last month, he was seen in Hong Kong for a meeting with tech and finance executives. The news of his tour coincides with reports suggesting Beijing is trying to tone down the campaign of curtailing the power and influence of internet giants.
