UK-based Global New Car Assessment Program (Global NCAP), has crash-tested various India-made vehicles under its #SaferCarsForIndia crusade. It has likewise granted proper safety ratings to them. Considering these evaluations, let’s see the ten safest Indian cars one can purchase in the market.

Mahindra XUV300 tops the list with a 5-star safety rating

Mahindra XUV300 has arisen at the top, with a 5-star safety rating for grown-ups, and a 4-star safety rating for kids. Tata Altroz and Tata Nexon are in the second and third positions, respectively. The two of them also have a 5-star grown-up rating and a 3-star kids rating.

Next is Mahindra Thar, which has a 4-star wellbeing rating for both grown-up and kids. Tata Tigor has a 4-star grown-up rating and a 3-star kid security rating. A similar security score reaches out to Tata Tiago also, as the two are similar in structure vehicles.

Also, Volkswagen Polo and Renault Triber both have a 4-star rating for adults, alongside a 3-star rating for children safety. Next up is Mahindra Marazzo, which has an adult safety rating of 4 stars and a children safety rating of 2 stars.

Maruti Vitara Brezza has a 4-star grown-up security rating and a 2-star kids rating, which puts it at the 9th spot on the safety chart. At the 10th position, we have Maruti Ertiga, which has a 3-star rating for both grown-ups and kids.
