Aushak

Kabuli pulao is a lamb and rice meal that originated as a wedding feast for wealthy families. It takes two and a half hours to prepare and features lightly fried lamb, rice pilaf, carrots, raisins, and pine nuts.

Bolani is a stuffed bread served with yogurt, mint yogurt, or green chutney, and is served at weddings, parties, and holidays. It is also sold by street vendors.
