This study looks at six key factors that influence happiness. Income, trust, life expectancy, social support, independence, and generosity. All the factors are taken into account in the research to decide which countries have the best overall well-being. And, as a result, are the happiest in the world. It ranks 150 countries (146 in 2022) based on characteristics like personal well-being, GDP, life expectancy, and so on. 1. Finland
Finland has been named the happiest country in the world for the fifth year in a row. Finland continues to set the bar high with a total score of 7.821 out of ten, owing to elements such as a high GDP per capita, social assistance, a long life expectancy, and charity. 2. Denmark

Taking the fifth position with a total score of 7.415, this northern European country holds its place in the World Happiness Report for the fifth year in a row. Its citizens enjoy the best work-life balance in the world; as well as access to high-quality education, low crime rates, and a high level of discretionary money. With a rich and intriguing history, a thriving cultural sector, and stunning natural beauty, it’s no surprise that the Dutch have a high level of life satisfaction.
